Introducing a case where the environment has become very easy to work in, with cool summers and warm winters!

We would like to introduce a case where the thermal insulation material "REFLECTIX" was adopted in a rental factory located in Higashi-Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture. The factory has a high ceiling, and although there was a desire to install air conditioning in the workspace, the building is old. Therefore, our product was used as ceiling material to create approximately 100 tsubo (about 330 square meters) of workspace within the factory. After the installation, we received feedback stating, "The working environment has improved significantly, and we now have a space where the air conditioning works well. From full-thread to wire - Achieving CO2 emission reduction and lightweight components simultaneously.

By switching from full-thread to Gripple wire, approximately 1.6 kg of CO2 emissions can be reduced per meter. This reduces processing effort on-site and allows for waste material reduction.

Traditionally, the "Type B seismic restraint," which often uses full-threaded rods, can achieve a reduction of approximately 90% in CO2 emissions by utilizing our BCJ-certified wire method. Switching from full-threaded rods to Gripple wire leads to a reduction of about 1.6 kg of CO2 emissions per meter. Furthermore, it eliminates the need for on-site processing and reduces waste materials. • Gripple has obtained ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) certification.

BCJ evaluation acquisition Vertical self-weight support wire method_ All threaded to wire!

Replace vertical self-weight support with fully threaded bolts, allowing for construction with wires. With overwhelming workability and weight reduction, the efficiency of the entire process is improved, enhancing productivity.

Traditionally, it is common to use fully threaded rods for vertical dead weight support materials. However, in this method, by selecting an appropriate wire diameter according to the weight of the supported material, wires can be used as vertical dead weight support materials instead of fully threaded rods. This method has obtained general evaluation from the Building Center of Japan (hereinafter referred to as "BCJ") as the "Gripple Wire System - Vertical Load Support Method" (BCJ Evaluation - SS0062-1). Additionally, if seismic support is required, conventional seismic support construction must be carried out in accordance with the guidelines for seismic design and construction of building equipment.
